    SCOPE:Even though the unstable financial times put a hold on the new $16 million dollar six storey Glenelg apartment’s project, our client was still enthusiastic to utilise the existing La Mancha Building with its enviable esplanade location. Based on this enthusiasm we are currently redeveloping the existing 3 storey complex both internally and externally.

    The internal works is providing a make over of the 18 self contained holiday apartments. After an extensive demolition process each apartment is being completely renewed including kitchens, bathrooms, fittings and fixtures along with floor coverings and furnishings.

    The external works is providing a new facelift front to back along with some structural works to the western façade. Following decades of exposure to the costal environment the structural integrity of the building has been eroded. With the introduction of structural steel work, roofing, windows and a coat of paint the external appearance will be hardly recognisable.
