SCOPE: This will be a landmark development being a complete site development for Manuele Engineers new head quarters. The project will provide the client with 16500m2 of warehouse, 2200m2 of office, 20000m2 of external concrete hardstand and 7000m2 of bitumen car parking and landscaping.

SCOPE: Currently in the design & development stage of the project. The project consists of demolition of existing buildings and the construction of a new 5 star six storey luxury residential apartment building. The development will provide basement car parking and five levels of state of the art residential apartments.

SCOPE: Demolition of existing buildings and the construction of new Junior Primary and Primary School facility totalling 1750m2. The facility will incorporate a new science and media centre including new canteen facilities and external works.

SCOPE: Construction of a two storey office and warehouse. Due to the continual growth of the company Pike Constructions is building a new 400m2 office and 1000m2 warehouse adjacent our existing premises in Thebarton. The new facility will provide us with both high end commercial grade office space with capacity for future growth and warehousing to accommodate our growing fleet of plant and equipment.
