Allsons Transport
Wilkins Road Wingfield
Pike Constructions has just been awarded the head contract for Allsons Transport new dispatch and warehousing facility. The project consists of an entire site development of some 35,000m2. The project will deliver a new 10,400m2 warehouse which will include cool rooms with truck loading docks, storage warehousing, truck service and wash bays along with internal dispatch offices. Outside the warehouse a new two story office and single story office will also be constructed providing a total constructed floor area of nearly 11,000m2. The external site works provides a 14000m2 heavy duty shipping container yard along with 7,000m2 of concrete hardstand and some 3000m2 bitumen car parking. READ MORE . . . |
